I’m looking for a voice that is confident, articulate, sophisticated, and naturally commanding without needing to be overly loud or aggressive. Matteo should speak with a deliberate, polished cadence that reflects his education and refined personality, with a subtle air of superiority underneath his words. He can be blunt and cutting when criticizing others, but should still maintain a sense of composure and elegance rather than sounding like an outright bully. His voice should also be capable of conveying genuine passion and determination when discussing subjects he takes seriously. Matteo also has the ability to learn language very quickly by biting others. He’s introduced in the story speaking French, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with pronouncing other languages.
