You have the pitch and voice. Very nice takes. The only thing holding you back is the background noise and some reverb. I tried editing that out when I was listening to your takes but too much editing takes away from the quality of the voice.

Some suggestions, if you can record without any fans, have a quieter environment or wrap a thick blanket around you and the mic (I know it looks stupid but it works), that'd be great for the next retakes.
