Axe is a blunt and rather aggressive person who tends to have little regard for the feelings and/or wellbeing of his peers. He is very strong and actually rather sharp, but is arrogant and often finds himself unwilling to assist others unless it is absolutely necessary.
An ideal voice for Axe should be of a low-to-medium pitch and have a no-nonsense, intimidating tone to it.
