Narkisssa is a self-absorbed, mean, and bossy Vampire who is one of the main villains on the show. Teamed up with her twin brother, Draven, she can be cruel, manipulative and selfish. However deep down she just wants to succeed with her business and provide for her family. She is a very intelligent and cunning, and organised to the point where she is obsessive.

Her voice is very sophisticated and pretentious, but can also be loud and annoying. If I had to compare it to any character, I would compare it to the character 'Jessie' from Team Rocket in the Pokemon series, but feel free to voice this character however you think is best!
