Ezracoestus is a legendary male human fighter hero, and an ancestor of the main protagonist Annacoesta. He is at the apex of his adventuring career and has grown wise, confident, and practiced, and danger is now routine for him. He obeys his commander, Archibald of Dawnsbury, without question. He is a little anxious about his role in the quest, but knows what his role is and he will fulfil it. He is a good soldier.

(giving a sitrep) Saya and Dawn are guarding the entrance, Archibald. But won't we need their help in this dungeon?
(at start of combat, clarifying) You're “the Inevitable”? Are you some kind of guardian monster?
(uncertain, hesitating over the magnitude of the task) Archibald... do you think the aeon is right? That by using the Coestus, we will bring ruin to our world?
