Lord Anton Temper is the high councillor of the Kingdom that represents Dawnsbury, the hometown of the heroes. He is a male no-nonsense politically-savvy noble who nonetheless maintains deep affection for his hometown. He is fiercely intelligent, constantly “reading between the lines” of what his interlocutors are saying. His cold but ultimately good-aligned calculus hides behind carefully selected warm words of a politician.
