Scourge the Hedgehog finally makes his appearance. He has teamed up with Miklos the Dark Mouse to frame Sonic and take his chaos emeralds. And Scourge has a grudge he's been holding onto for decades. No retcons nor reboots will erase his beef with Sonic.
Personality: Scourge is a charismatic, cocky, mean and green hedgehog. He's a speedster with attitude and more of an edge than Sonic. Willing to do whatever it takes to get his way. He has a huge ego, he is super arrogant, and overly self-confident to the point where it blindsights him. Scourge also has fourth wall awareness.
Voice Direction: Scourge's voice is up to interpretation. But I always saw him as a rougher Sonic with more attitude. He should have a New Jersey/Boston accent. A mid range voice that oozes cockiness and charisma. He is a bad boy and he knows it.
