Eggman

Described as the world's vilest person and worst screw-up, Dr. Eggman is an immoral mad scientist who only thinks about doing bad things.[66][67][68][15] He always aspires to conquer the world to create what he deems a utopia, dubbed "Eggmanland".[15][69] This gives him ridiculous delusions of grandeur and the psychotic belief that the world's problems will be solved if he rules it despite being far from the case.[70][71] Dr. Eggman constantly uses his scientific genius and robotic expertise to create weapons and gadgets in his bid to build Eggmanland.
