Born in Izumo, Japan- Eiji is 19 years old. Although older than Ash, he sounds innocent and slightly younger in comparison. His voice should sound gentle, rhythmic, and entirely free of the harshness, gravel, or cynicism found in the New York street characters.

!!IMPORTANT!! His voice needs to sound authentic to a young man who is hesitant but trying his best to communicate in a foreign country. His English is not very great but as the story progresses it becomes clear that he has improved. This role requires the ability to portray vulnerability and genuine warmth without sounding overly childish or weak. He speaks in broken English (manga accurate).
