Yume is a happy-go-lucky character that is always very energetic, goofy, and excitable. He can be very ditsy but always likes to bring joy to the people around him and always looks for good in people. However, Yume suffers from a very messed up home life, but never likes to talk about it.

Ever since he was about ten, he has been best friends with Akio and Akio has assumed the role of watching out for Yume. For about two years now, he has had a very big crush on the character, Azuna and is very happy that this year, they are in the same class. He meets Chii a few episodes into the series, being part of the art club together and get along really well from having such similar aspect to their personality. 


He has a high-ish pitched voice. He can often be over the top but is almost always very upbeat. I would like him to be voiced by a male but I will consider female auditions for this character.

  • (Goofy) "You use to think I was a girl!? How come I am just now finding this out?!"

  • (Caring) "I don't understand why you have to be so depressed all the time... Can't you see everything around you right now? Life is beautiful! (joyous laughter) Don't you see, you can't get anywhere by pushing the people around you. I believe in so much more from you, Azuna... Won't you join me?"

  • (Upset) "I'm so sorry... I've been just so afraid of becoming a man like my father..."
