Voice Actor
Echo was a mountain nymph. She was cursed by Hera after distracting her from catching Zeus in an affair. Her curse was that she could never speak her own words again, instead only repeating the words of others. She fell in love with Narcissus, wasting away when she was rejected by him, only her voice remaining echoing. Before her curse, Echo was very bright and talkative, afterwards becoming more reserved as she’s unable to express her thoughts.
Vocally, Echo should have a bright, younger feminine voice.
[Nervous, tricky] “My queen, you don’t want to go in there, please, not while I need your help over here”
[Begging, sobbing] “Please my queen- How could I say no to an order from Zeus himself! I would have never tricked you in such a way if it had been anyone else. Please forgive me”
