Though not the main villain of After Us, the Highblood certainly stands as one. He's a bloodthirsty murderer, through and through, devout to leading his juggalo cult (yes, really) and murdering innocent lowbloods for the sake of the crown. He plans a few murderous schemes and works with the Neophyte to commit a few murders. He's a fun character!
