Wheelie is an excitable individual with an appreciation for helping others out in any way that they can manage. She is also a very inquisitive person who loves to embark on whimsical adventures to unwalked worlds. While she means well when helping others in their plights, sometimes she can get too excited to see the forest for the trees and can exhibit uncharacteristic carelessness.


An ideal voice for Wheelie should be medium-to-high pitched, kind and energetic with the ability to showcase a range of emotions and tones.
