In a world where monsters and non-human creatures are exiled, ostracized, and vilified, THE MONSTER lives a lonely life in his makeshift home in the sewers beneath the city streets. Until a violent scene passes overhead, and he chooses to save a life. Welcoming THE MAN into his home. The Monster doesn't speak, and can't understand English. He "hums" "mumbles" and "murmurs" almost like a wise old man. We are imagining a fascinating creature voice, mixing reptilian/amphibian-like sounds to portray emotions of empathy, shyness, care, and compassion.
