Early to mid 20s male/female main character

This character, their voice, and their gender is still being decided. We are at a highly experimental stage of this project. Your voice has the potential to set the vibe for the entire game.

This character is trauma-driven. They use aggression or snark remarks to mask their underlying fear, anxiety and pain. They're paranoid, narcoleptic, and they make bad choices. They are not a polished hero or heroine - he or she is a realistic, starving survivor. Panic attacks are known territory, and coping mechanics even more so. Despite all odds, this character wants to survive.

Not for any goal, not for peace, but out of pure stubbornness and cowardice. This character is accompanied by a dog (Bongo - name still being decided) and because of this, he or she decides to stick around as they both find quiet places to try and rest in.
