Burges Nick is the captain of the Burges Pirates and the proclaimed successor to the revolutionary Dragon. Nick is one of the very few people to oppose the government in the same way as the revolutionary army did interfering with all their business. Nick is considered a major threat to the world government having the power of the String String Fruit. Which was the same fruit Doflamingo had before his death. This Devil Fruit happens to be an awakened Devil Fruit meaning its power is twice as much as any normal Paramecia type. With that Nick has access to all forms of Haki including Conquers Haki. This makes him a major threat to The Navy, The World Government, and any crew of pirates that oppose him.
