Clint is the leader of the Housekeepers, a gang of janitors feathering their nest by way of after-work break-ins.
He would very much like to be a suave con artist, though he is not anywhere near as eloquent or clever as he believes himself to be. The player encounters him and his accomplices in the act of clearing out a former associate's apartment, upon which he immediately tries to finesse them.
