A teenage rebel at heart, Fran cares little for authority in any form, be it the police, teachers, or adults in general. He is a male child, still in school, so his voice will be medium-high with a hint of uncaringness for anything that doesn't benefit him directly. A French accent would be preferred for him, however not mandatory.
