This guy is young and wired to the hilt - exactly the sort of killer Franklin knew he’d run into someday. Technically he beat Franklin, but that’s no consolation if you’re dead.

Franklin knocks out the rest of his team so they go at it one on one. As far as he is concerned, Franklin got lucky and is just some has been old geezer who needs to be put down. Play him overconfident to the point of arrogance. A lot of this is the Technical on top of Franklin, slowly driving a knifepoint down towards his eye, as Franklin strains to throw him off. Requires a constrained but physically intense read.
