This is the third version of Iraklis we meet (the others being the revenant, the phone call), in this case where he has telepresenced into the Medium*. His voice should be of a youngish man but his tone and attitude should be of an older man who expects his authority to be respected.

*The Medium has high end ‘puppet-ware’ in him, allowing users to run artificial personas or even themselves in his body. In theory, the young men and women exploited like this experience these moments as a blackout but the reality is they all end up catatonic like the Medium. Their pimps then dump them or pass them on to someone like Daniels. It’s the nasty underbelly of cyberpunk, but from the voice actor’s point of view, they are playing Iraklis_2, not the Medium.
