Anyway, once I got old enough to shoot a gun and get big ideas of leaving home, I signed up with Far Go Caravans, spent 8 years on the trail.
I lived through some scary situations and earned my share of scars, but I also got to see the wasteland. Shady, Sac Town, Hopeville, New Canaan... wouldn’t wanna trade it for the world.
Towards the end, I got bumped up to warehouse security. Made a decent living, but had to leave it all behind after I shot a man in Reno.
