Carlos is a 239 year old ghoul male who quickly befriends the main character (Rick) during arena matches in Amos' arena. He helps him learn survival tips to stay alive in the wasteland, and also keeps him support of feral ghouls and raiders as well.
Voicing: Low-Raspy voice, enough to sound ghoulish. must also sound tough, brave, and cocky.
