Gender: Female

One of the hardest workers in the staff, as well as one of, if not the most dangerous. Whenever the Research Department needs a cop or witness removed from a situation, they send Iwai, the job gets done. She is a former member of a Hope's Peak mercenary team, having been recruited as a child like many of the other members. She works closely with several other staff members, such as Nakahara, and is quick to fix and calm a situation if something goes wrong. She cares very little about emotions, and focuses on getting thing finished and out of the way.

Her voice should be strong, stern, and probably a little cool. She's the most casually menacing person in the staff, and doesn't usually speak more than she has to. However, she is not soulless, and is able to make jokes occasionally as well as be pissed at her coworkers. She might be somewhat monotone, but should still have depth and range as a voice.
