A hard worker who gets her job done whenever she needs to. However, she is not purely obsessed with her work, being one of the few staff members with a consistent social life prior to the game, including a girlfriend that brings in conflict to her work at the killing game. She's got a slight temper and often fights back at Fujita's teasing, but is typically levelheaded.
Her voice should be confident, but not overly strong. She is someone who is sure of who she is but doesn't go out of her way to make herself known. A voice actor for her should be able to deliver lines very naturally, and should be able to make the thoughts and criticisms she has feel real and understandable. She might have a slightly lower voice, but she is very open to interpretation.

So, take it with a grain of salt but, I think the spirit medium might crack. If so, I could see her going for someone obnoxious or rude that she might not feel as bad about killing. Maybe the actor.
