The Troops: Episode 1 (Fully Animated Halo Series)
Carionto for Commander Vale
Commander Vale
Commander Vale is a high-ranking UNSC officer with a calm, controlled presence and a reputation for being disciplined, intelligent, and difficult to read. On the surface, Vale appears like the kind of commander soldiers are expected to trust: composed under pressure, strategic, and fully committed to the mission. However, beneath that professional exterior is someone hiding dangerous secrets.
Vale is not openly cruel or cartoonishly evil. Instead, he is calculated, careful, and persuasive. He believes every decision he makes is justified by the “greater good,” even when those decisions involve betrayal, cover-ups, and sacrificing his own soldiers. He rarely raises his voice because he does not need to. His authority comes from confidence, manipulation, and the quiet knowledge that he is always several steps ahead.
In the story, Vale plays a major role in Daniel’s past and the mystery surrounding his memory loss. He keeps Daniel close under the excuse of supervision and military protocol, but his real concern is whether Daniel will remember what truly happened during a classified mission involving his former team.
Voice/Performance Direction: Calm, commanding, and intimidating without being loud. Should sound like someone who can give an order, hide a lie, and make both feel equally believable. The performance should carry intelligence, control, and subtle menace.

So start off, I do want to let you all know, we’re denying your request to be transferred.
No. I understand his rage. Daniel, you’ve still not been fully cleared for active deployments after your incident on your last deployment with your previous squad.
No.. I want to see how much he remembers…
