Zavemann for "Kizaru" Borsalino
Borsalino or better known by his code name Kizaru happens to be the oldest admiral in the Navy currently being alive throughout Gold Roger's and Monkey D. Luffy's era. Kizaru is apart of the Navy still being an overseer to Sakari and Akio so that they don't kill each other. Kizaru happens to be the most deadly marine in recent history. Controlling the power of the Light Light Fruit he has a powerful logia guard protecting him from most attacks and has the ability to turn his entire body into Light. With that, he has a deadly arsenal of attacks which he uses to toy with his enemies before brutally killing them. He is considered the most sadistic Marine in history and could easily strike fear into anyone who goes against him.
[In a very sadistic yet joyful voice] "My, My. You seem to forget about things very easily you pirates. I'm still here you know? And I'll be more than happy to make you regret ignoring me!"
[With a very relaxed voice towards Akainu] "Now Sakazuki let's not get too angry here. We'll eventually capture them, but for now, why don't we relax over a nice cup of champagne."
Ok! So here this is. I hope this one fits in a bit better. Its about as close as I can manage without falling to my habit of doing the Sub voice lol.
