On the surface, Xilef (Zee-leff) is a fairly simple character concept. They are an aspiring assassin, overexcited and overjoyed at the thought of becoming the world's best and most well-known stealthy killer. 

However, Xilef was unable to initially join the assassins because they do not accept female trainees. Xilef has decided to disguise themselves as a boy, earn the trust of the assassins, and then murder them. Perfect!
EDIT: Xilef has an overall feminine voice, but is constantly attempting to 'sound' boyish. I feel that this role would be perfect for a 'tomboy' voice, or a higher-pitched male voice (if you're a guy who can imitate a girl imitating a guy, then this is the job for you!)
