The king of Nohr.  He is a ruthless and power-hungry tyrant who only wants to conquer both lands.  He may seem to be selfish, but his intentions are a difficult enigma.  He makes more appearances than Queen Mikoto, but not that major.  His voice is very very deep and serious.  He also is very evil and short-tempered.  Basically your stereotypical tyrannical villain.  Keep this in mind.
