Kenji is a young man that works near the Manten aquarium. He is a seemingly considerate adult with a somewhat playful but self-deprecating personality. Because this character becomes psychotic at a certain point, the actor will need to be able to express evil laughter and a crazed personality.
Voice: Mid-deep pitched male. Closer to teenage in mannerisms. Kind of a dude-bro.
