Seath the Scaleless, Duke of Anor Londo and master of sorceries, oh what a ruinous life he's led. Blind and mortal, he chose a form not of stone but moonlight and flesh, and realized he would die one day. When Gwyn arrived he saw his chance, to take the Scales of Immortality from his brethren and gain their undying nature. But he never found a way through their scales. His betrayal was for naught, and though he knew it would cause the ruin of the world, he caused the dragon's to be killed out of envy and greed. Paranoia, grief and senility plague Seath in his final days before he is killed, so much so that it is a blessing when death is granted.  Another sad character in a long list of sad characters.
