Jason Miller (Age 8)

Jason adored his older brother.

Matthew was his hero. His best friend. The person who tied his shoes, carried him home when he fell asleep, and promised birthdays would always be fun.

On his eighth birthday, Matthew looked away for just a moment.

Jason never made it home.

Fifteen years trapped inside Freddy have twisted that love into something possessive. Jason still believes Matthew loves him. He also believes Matthew should never leave him again.

Core Emotion

Abandonment

Jason isn't driven by hatred.

He's driven by the terror of being left behind.

Every loss since his death reinforces one thought:

"Everyone leaves."

So now...

He doesn't let people leave.

Animatronic Behavior

Freddy rarely attacks immediately.

He watches.

He waits.

He herds people exactly where he wants them, patiently cornering them before striking. His movements are deliberate, almost protective—as if he's guiding someone home instead of hunting them.

When Matthew is nearby, Freddy's aggression changes. He becomes hesitant, conflicted, almost childlike. He'll stand motionless for long periods simply watching his brother, unable to decide whether to embrace him... or make sure he never leaves again.

Toward the other spirits, Freddy acts as an older brother and quiet leader. They naturally follow him, not because he commands them, but because they trust him.

Voice Description

An eight-year-old boy whose innocence never disappeared—it simply became distorted.

His voice should be soft, gentle, and almost comforting.

Never shout unless absolutely necessary.

The scariest moments should sound like a child asking a perfectly innocent question... in completely the wrong context.

Think:

• Quiet.

• Patient.

• Lonely.

• Comforting.

• Emotionally devastating rather than monstrous.
