Klug is a smug, narcissistic dickhead. His vanity knows no bounds. Under that polished and "smart" exterior, he's really a huge crybaby and is incredibly reckless.
...He's still my favourite character though.
I'm not a big fan of the voice he has in Puyo Puyo Tetris (here), so something much younger and similar to his original English or Japanese voice would be good. I have no preferences other than that, so I'm open to any other interpretations as well!
