Oscar Tigrent is a Senator for the New California Republic. He's arrived in New Vegas by request of the NCR Embassy, and rented the smoke room in Gomorrah for personal use. Tigrent embodies self-importance, corruption, and misguidedness - his voice should be fairly deep and charismatic.
Tigrent does not start any quests, but plays a key role in one side quest.
