BACKSTORY

Before the massacre, Buddy was one of the more lighthearted attractions.

Bright green feathers

Sat on a rotating perch near the entrance

Greeted kids, repeated jokes, mimicked voices

Often paired with Stanley Adams during animal shows

But Buddy wasn’t just random—  he was voice-trained using recordings of real performers, including:

A stage comedian named Arthur Bell

A loud, fast-talking entertainer

Known for improv jokes and crowd interaction

Beloved by kids… but secretly bitter about being underpaid 

 The Night of the Massacre

When the animatronics attacked:

Arthur Bell tried to hide children backstage

He was found by the clown animatronics

As he was dying, he was screaming—panicked, angry, betrayed

That rage… that fear…

 It didn’t fade.

It latched onto the nearest AI system—Buddy The Parrot.
