Thomas and the Magic Railroad rewrite (In need of voice actors)

Diesel 10 is the main antagonist of the story, while his origins remain unknown, he was brought around the railway due to the controller of the railway needing another engine. Little did he know the engine would only be there to terrorize the railway in search for something, whatever it may be, it doesn't sound good. With his supposed 'claw' he may mean more then trouble with a machine made for brutal strength.
The voice I had in mind for Diesel 10 is a very smooth and cunning voice with the range being deep, slightly similar to Gordon. To make them more distinctive, a voice like Orson Welles' deep voice or Keith Scott's voice when he worked during the workprint of the original film.
