Yumi – Character Overview

Yumi is one of Rei's closest friends and one of the most energetic members of the group. Loud, fearless, and full of personality, she brings humor and confidence into even the worst situations. She often uses jokes and sarcasm to keep others moving forward, especially when things seem hopeless.

Beneath her chaotic energy, Yumi is highly emotionally aware. She notices when people are hurting and refuses to let them suffer alone. Because of this, she is often the first person to call out her friends when they are hiding their feelings or carrying burdens by themselves.

Over time, Yumi develops feelings for Kaito and comes to admire his loyalty and determination. However, she eventually accepts that Kaito's heart belongs to Rei. Rather than becoming bitter, she continues supporting both of them because their happiness matters more to her than her own feelings.

Yumi shares a close friendship with Rei and Hayes, often acting as the emotional glue that keeps the group together. No matter how dangerous the situation becomes, she refuses to abandon the people she cares about.
