Your voice is very good for this role! You have a good "younger brother" sort of sound. My biggest note is that I want a higher energy from Joe. Don't be afraid to act a little more and let your voice finds it's ups and downs. Right now, you're hanging out in that middle, but there's so much more in there you can use! Just like when you're talking. You do sound a little like you're reading right now, not reacting. That's a big part of these lines is that it's a conversation. If it helps, think about being on a phone call more than reading a script. Have more fun with the feeling in the lines. Don't be afraid to play around with them.
