GranSeiyuu for Miki Saburo
Miki Saburo, 27. The troublesome younger brother of Itou Kashitaro and captain of the 9th division. He's arrogant, outspoken, direct, and abrasive. He usually ends up picking a fight with the other Shinsengumi members and captains.
He's loyal to his older brother who he genuinely looks up to and will listen too when he's being scolded. He also looks up to Haruka and claims he has a debt to her that he doesn't feel he's made up for.
His voice is a bit rough sounding but loud when pissed off.

“You’re shitty attitude is with Aniki, right? Why take it out on her? Lose one fight cause you lost your temper, complain to her, and then get angry when she’s right? The fuck is wrong with you.”
“I’m not Aniki. And I got my own beliefs. Just let me save the person that saved me.”
