Living on thanks to the sacrifice of his master, Depa Billaba. On the planet Kaller he met the smuggler Janus Kasmir, who taught him how to surivive as a fugitive. Going into hiding he forsook the Jedi ways for some time, swapping his blue-bladed lightsaber for a blaster and a pony tail. Most of the Kanan series will revolve around Young Kanan and he will be in all 12 issues in the series. Young Kanan is roughly 8-9 during the timeline of the first issue so try to voice accordingly. He should sound more mature for his age.
