The former retainer for the past Queen of Hoshido. Orochi is a happy-go-lucky fortune teller who has been best friends with Kagero since young.

Both the Japanese and English portrayal for Orochi are very good. She has a mature tonality to her voice, but is still pitched high enough to give her the aura of youth she  tends to exude in conversations.
