TASK OVERVIEW:

While this is primarily an audio drama, the project will feature illustrated visual accompaniment throughout the story. Rather than full animation or motion-comic style production, the goal is to present high-quality illustrations that appear during key scenes and story moments.

Artists may contribute in a variety of capacities, including character art, environment art, backgrounds, line art, coloring, rendering, promotional material, and scene illustrations. Whether you specialize in one area or several, submissions are welcome.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're primarily seeking artists who can help bring the world of the DC Universe to life through dramatic and expressive illustrations. Experience drawing superheroes, action scenes, environments, science fiction, fantasy, or comic-inspired artwork is highly encouraged, but not required.

Consistency, communication, and enthusiasm are more important than professional-level experience.

ART STYLE:

The project is flexible regarding style. While comic-inspired artwork is the clearest point of reference, we're ultimately looking for artwork that can effectively communicate story, emotion, character, and atmosphere.

Artists will have opportunities to help establish the visual identity of the project as production continues.

More specific visual inspirations will be discussed between me and the team when it has been assembled.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Artists may contribute as much or as little as their schedule allows. We're building a team rather than searching for a single artist responsible for every illustration.

Strong contributors may also be invited to assist with promotional artwork, posters, character sheets, thumbnails, title cards, and future productions.
