CHARACTER OVERVIEW:

Solomon Grundy is a towering undead brute with immense strength and a frightening presence, but beneath the monster lies something far more tragic. Depending on the day, Grundy's intelligence can fluctuate wildly. Sometimes he is little more than an animal driven by instinct. Other times, fragments of memory and humanity emerge through the fog. He is not evil in the traditional sense. He is a lost soul trapped inside an immortal corpse, often manipulated by others and feared by nearly everyone he encounters.

VOICE DIRECTION:

Deep, powerful, and unmistakably inhuman. The voice should sound like it's being dragged out of a body that wasn't meant to be alive. Slow speech, heavy breaths, rough vocal texture, and a sense that every sentence requires effort. However, avoid making him a mindless zombie. There should be moments where vulnerability, confusion, loneliness, or even childlike innocence peek through the cracks. Think somewhere between a classic movie monster and a lost child who doesn't fully understand the world around him.
