Gyomei Usudaira is the Ultimate Bad, in contrast to his twin brother who is the Ultimate Nice.
Gyomei is pure evil. His sadistic energy is fueled by broken hearts, orphans, crime, whatever despairing thing you can come up with. He dreams of ruling the world someday with his twin brother, who he will eventually convert into an evil chamberlain. He, however, loses it at the thought of being talked back to.Starts sobbing anf wailing.
Gyomei has a mid toned masculine voice. He sounds very and stereotypically devious. A voice that makes you want to punch him through the screen
