The extras don't have many lines, but they are in every episode, unless they die before the end. You may audiiton with any accent, but I am looking for two female voices between the ages of 25-40.
Please note, the way I give lines to extras are quite different to the rest of the cast. Discord is optional, not mandatory, for anyone except extras. I post the rough draft scenes into the extras channel so you know exactly what you're working with. Lines are sent to you once the rough draft has been completed, not when the other cast get these.
Pay is set to £2 per line for extras. This covers the £2 per line back pay payments to other cast should we meet this, so this is a set rate. No future back pay will be paid. I did set this as a range in the payment section, but for some reason it is saying it is £30 per hour. That is not the case. It is a per line basis.
Context to the lines - Please do not submit this part in your audition. It is merely to help you understand the context of the scene. Please only submit the audition lines. I know this sounds obvious, but I have had someone send me the context in an audiiton before, leaving the lines out completely.
Line 1 - This takes place during the execution scene, as Elena walks onto the stage. She has accidently outed herself as the murderer, which means the people meeting the blade are innocent. The crowd are very angry with her and want to see her meeting the blade instead. This line is a callout from this extras line. She is shouting at Elena, who is trying to start her speech.
Line 2 - This scene takes place during the cycles end near the end of the finale of the prequel. The cycle takes place every 15 years and kills most people in this land. It is an extinction level event that the citizens are completely unaware of. This is the very first time they have witnessed something like this. This person is terrified and has no idea what is going on as she has just witnessed people turn to sand and pour to the floor in front of her eyes. This is not an ordinary event that people witness often here. This is new and extremely terrifying.

(Terrified. In Tears. Loudly.) They all died. Right in front of us. We're going to be next. GET US OUT OF HERE. WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE. PLEASE, GET US OUT. (To herself in tear) Please, don't let me die. I don't want to die (Breaks down into tears)
(I need to hear a terrified, painful scream. Not more than 5 seconds as it will be sharply cut shortly into it as the character dies)
Thank you for your submission. Same acoustic thoughts as the other I listened to.
Line 1 - This wasn't bad at all, but don't drop it 'not them'. It drops the angry emotion and feels detached.
Line 2 - I can hear upset but it needs continuous fear thoughout it. She can't cope with all the death that's happened around her and she is terrified that she will be next.
Line 3 - Just a sharp pained and terrified scream is needed. No over dramatics lol. It will be cut as you quickly die anyway. I'm just not sure on the length until I hear it in the scene, which is why I say 5 seconds maximum.
