Akio is the second admiral of the Navy and the youngest one of them all. Akio goes by his code name Kori which translate into Ice in Japanese. He has been with the Navy since he was a young boy only recently becoming an admiral. Throughout his years as a member of the Navy, he had a bitter hatred towards Sakari hoping that he would never move up from his position of admiral while also arguing that Sakari does not deserve the title of admiral and disagrees with his sense of "Justice." With that Kori possesses the power of the Ice Ice Devil Fruit. Giving him the different types of abilities, unlike Sakari's Rust Rust fruit! Kori can turn any and all of his body into Ice and can freeze anything nearby giving him the title "The Cold-Blooded Killer." He inherited his devil fruit power from his grandfather and former admiral of the Navy Aokiji.
