Loli is an thief who is really like Robin hood. He's the leader of a gang of orphans  called the "Freedom openers" who plan to start an upraising in there city. His personality and what he sounds like: is brave and cocky.

    Really? I actually don't know who junkrat is, I just thought the cockney suited this Robin Hood. Will defintely have to look that up
