Although a Goblin, Seylin is one of the more human looking ones in Marak's guard. He comes from a prestegeous and noble goblin family that has a lot of elf-blood in it. Because of this, he was ostracized as a child by fellow goblins his age. He's more comfortable in another form, a black cat, and would prefer being feline then being seen as pretty. Regardless, he possesses strong magic, promising to be a powerful mage like Marak, who took him under his wing and trains him as his apprentice. Like other Goblins, Seylin can be pretty blunt and doesn't quite get humans. He's super consious about his true appearance and hates for it to be brought up. He acts very mature for his age, but still has a lot of growing to do.
