Cid Kramer,better known as Headmaster Cid,is the founder of SeeD and Headmaster of Balamb Garden.
He oversees both school activity in Balamb Garden and mission activity in SeeD,meaning he is swamped with work and has very little time for activities outside of these despite his desire for the contrary.
