Fujin is one of the two characters who plays the part of Seifer's lackey,she is also one-third of the Balamb Garden Disciplinary Committee.

She has an interesting way of speaking,choosing to speak in one word sentences,in Kingdom Hearts 2 she often speaks the words calmly but FF8 usually has her one word sentences in all caps.
(Her voice is often monotone and emotionless,if Kingdom Hearts 2 is any indication.)
