Kirby doesn’t hesitate to say no when asked to be one of the twelve sent back in time to colonize the past. She sees it for what it is—a reckless, near-suicidal mission. But when her former mentor, Cecil—the hunter she spent over a decade with—chooses to go, she changes her mind, honoring an old debt and joining him.
Cautious and always alert, Kirby rarely lets her guard down. She often takes first watch, sharing shifts with the mercenaries, staying awake while the others sleep. And when it’s finally her turn to rest, sleep doesn’t come easy. The fear of not waking up, of being caught alone in a world that never stops hunting, weighs heavily on her.
She understands the reality of this place better than most—every moment is a fight to survive. Still, she holds onto the hope that another group of twelve will arrive, strengthening their chances. Deep down, though, she knows that day may never come. (Be sure to record at least 2-3 takes)

“Tracks… They’re fresh too” (Then a response to Cecil) “Yeah. Bigger than the last ones.” (Another response to Cecil: focused and looking into the jungle) “It’s tracking us”
(Finishes sentence as she stops running) “Then what was it tracking?” (Then a response to Cecil as they look at each other making sense of the situation) “That’s not normal behavior. So what are we dealing with?”
(Devastated but hopeful, tone downed emotional voice) “It’s not your fault…. W-W-We can’t go back and change it…” (Then response to Troy) “I-I wish I could too. This is how our fate is determined. Okay?” (Then response to Troy) “You did do it, you did help. you have any idea?” (Then response to Troy) “Oh my god—we wouldn’t have made it to a mile without you.” (Then response to Troy) “N-No you shouldn’t—“ (Silence for a second) “No you shouldn’t.” (Then response to Troy) It is not your fault Troy. and don’t ever— “…We are a team and we said we were gonna rebuild ourselves after what happened to our camp, the people we lost here and after everything we left behind before coming here… But you know what we knew this day was gonna come. We knew we were gonna lose and struggle but we didn’t want to…” (voice cracks slightly) “And it sucks but you gotta be strong in your heart.” (Then response to Troy) “And I don’t blame you, Daniel doesn’t blame you, Kenzie doesn’t blame you, none of us blame you” “None of us are built for this world. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to let anything happen to you.”
